Total loss indeed. It had some miles. But was always dealer serviced. Case of bad luck.
    Cheers!

This seems rather poorly balanced, being way too much on the sweet, caramelly side, with the very light, grassy hops not providing enough of a counterpoint and the light fruity esters do not help matters here and seem rather displaced.

Good beer - sorry about the car though. Mine was repaired right before dinner by my mechanic acquaintance doing it « under the table ». Don’t tell the French IRS!

Quite a crisp and clean Dunkel with a good balance of toasted, caramel malt and earthy/herbal hops. Drinks easy, yet has a certain complexity to it, quite enjoyable.

This is a lot heavier, richer and more sweet than Schlenkerla's other offerings, being very much dominated by bready and foremost caramel malt, actually making this a bit too sweet for my personal taste, with very little hops coming through. The smokiness is possibly the richest as well, except maybe for the Urbock, but also differs from their other brews, seeming a bit more complex and refined, with an almost peaty quality.

Settling in here ba. This is Hop Contagion, dipa w/lactose and dry hopped w/ citra and Eldorado, from North Fork brewing co. Sounds good but unfortunately the end result leaves a lot to be desired. At least I only bought a single.

A Franziskaner Kellerbier for a chance (beer from the cellar).
The monk on the label looks somewhat disappointed. Beer is awesome in its style however. But not as wonderful compared to the Weisse.
    Cheers!

Tired Hands has been brewing this all month. I understand that they want to dial it in to perfection, but I thought it tasted good from the start. I'm not even remotely complaining. I love a good beer. Cheers!
