From @beergoot. South Park Brewing. Very nice American brown. Great rocky head retention/spotty soapy lacing. Flavors of big caramel, brown sugar, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and dark/brown bread/crust; with lighter notes of licorice, molasses, dark fruit, smoke, char, herbal, wood, grass, peppercorn, pine, and yeast earthiness. Similar/muted aromas, a touch too fruity/yeasty. Light-moderate pine, herbal, woody, grassy, peppery, roast/char bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no cloying/acrid/astringency. Very smooth, not aggressive, no warmth of 6%. On the upper spectrum of roast for the style, but not enough to feel like a porter. Great balanced of dark/roast/bready malts and earthy hops; with mild fruity yeast. Lightly sweet with lingering bitter dryness. Well made for the style. 3.88

Because she's awesome. And so is this beer. So plush, weedy, and tropical with the Cashmere hops in this. Damn good beer. Cheers

Honey Imperial APWA from @beergoot. This was excellent. Fantastic lasting rocky head retention/thick soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, peppercorn, clove, and light banana/bubblegum; with moderate honey, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; herbal, floral, woody, grassy hops and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; pepper/clove yeast spiciness; and light wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy wheat and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth, pretty refreshing, minimal warming 7.5%. Awesome balance of citrus/floral honey, American wheat yeast, and clean pale/wheat malts; with nice earthy hop presence/balance for the style. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp drying. Very impressive! 4.03
