    Good morning BA
    I have the house to myself before working nights tonight so I pulled out a couple beers that recently caught my eye at the local shop...

    I became aware of Reigele when Sierra Nevada collaborated with them several years ago on an Oktoberfest. That beer was delicious. I sought out the Privat at that time (before I posted & reviewed) and really enjoyed. I was surprised and happy to see both these beers recently. The happiness was short lived...

    Label says Best before: see top. 211118 printed on the gold foil. Pils malt and noble hops with a side of cardboard. I can't catch a break. 16 ounce cans of IPA continue to stack up at the store and when they bring something in that people here would actually enjoy and possibly repurchase, it's 8 months past date.

    Time to check the date on the second bottle. Wish me luck. Cheers!

    Love doppelbocks, but not wheat beers. I took a chance because Reigele makes great beer. This is no exception. A little too much banana for me personally, but really complex and well crafted.

    I have an hour before nap time, so I might share a drink in the other beverages forum. Cheers all and enjoy the beer in your glass today!

    Spice Gurl. A Session IPA from Gamma Brewing in Denmark. Very tasty.
    Ordered some of their beers online couple of days ago. And I'm not disappointed to say the least :slight_smile:
