Hope everyone had a good Thursday. Still using my laptop as a desktop.

Rochester Mills Orange Whip. This was awesome. Great rocky head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, orange juice/pulp, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and citrus tang/tartness on the finish. Medium cabonation/body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malt/lactose, sticky/resinous/rindy hops, and some fruit tang/acids in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/tart dryness; no pucker/astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, minimal warming 6.5%. Awesome Citra, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice balancing lactose and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin/rind dryness. Glad I got the 4 pack as expected. 4.1

More classic rock playlist today. It has 250ish songs on there.

E-Town, a really tasty APA at Twin Elephant. Bitter citrus nicely balanced with subtly sweet pineapple. Perfect on a sunny summer afternoon. Cheers!

Enjoying some 2SP 4th Anniversary New England IPA, I wouldn’t call it a NEIPA but it is still a good IPA, cheers!

A very nice, solid Stout dominated by roasted malt, coffee and bitter, herbal hops.

Bracing myself for the Packers "game". Pre-season is hard to get excited about. This BCBS example seems chocolaty.

Ascension Raspberry Lemonade Gose. I had this at the brewery a couple weeks ago, but never reviewed it. This was awesome. Great fluffy head retention/spotty soapy lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of big sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, plum, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; lighter peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang/tannins, and light salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness; no pucker/astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, not overly lactic/salty, 4.5%. Awesome balance of super juicy/jammy raspberry/lemon and lacto complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. Loved it just as much out of the can as on tap! 4.1

Just tradition at this point, pick this up the first time I see it every year like clockwork. Seems to always come earlier and earlier every year. First had this the best part of a decade ago, and I remember loving it. I think I mostly get it now for nostalgia, because, while still doing what it does well, it's not really my taste anymore.

Story time... about 5-6 years ago, my local shop back in Florida had waaaaaayy too much of this stuff come January, and were selling em off at 50 cents a bottle... so I bought 10 four packs, for 20 bucks, hahaha. Maybe that's why I don't really like it any more?

    Cheers everyone!
