My oh my. Bunny Livingston's music lives in the shadows of Bob and Peter but its every bit as good and earlier albums lean heavy on the roots side of Reggae.

Hamm's. Just earlier- Bell's Two Hearted Ale draft $4 x 2 with my wife. Two Hearted is a favorite of mine and I find it everywhere in the Mitten.

Tune popped up on my feed. Some how some way this one for @vabeerguy. Cheers LNBA!

At Hughie's, a Vietnamese restaurant in Houston that happens to also be one of the better beer bars in town as well. I'll put the Vietnamese style Banh Mi's in Houston up against any place else in the US. This is a good one with pate a fried egg, and an egg roll buried in the back somewhere ...With Da Shootz from Deschutes. This is a great low alcohol lager. I had several at the bar and will be tracking down some six packs.

It’s quite amazing. Takes the base beer to a different and very enjoyable place. Cheers.

Color of Blood, a TIPA from Veil Brewing courtesy of @vabeerguy. Mike, I think I like this one better than you did based on our ratings. This is outstanding - one of the best TIPAs I've ever had! The fresh citrus and ripe melon blend seamlessly with the oat/lactose sweetness. The hops are really flavorful and it has a thick, creamy mouthfeel. It's the complete package. Thanks for the chance!

Fulton's Grapefruit Lonely Blonde.......Very good fruit, light beer. Nice grapefruit flavors, not over done, on a good base.

Year after year this is at or near the top for American brewed versions. Although I probably have 30 more to try/retry this year.

Evening ended early enough for a nightcap, and as I'm all out of wine and vodka, my last can of Life and Limb seemed like a simple enough choice.

I don't feel like writing a paragraph. Moral of the story I just spent the entire day geeking out over old technology when I just got my new phone. AKA I got really stoned and kept switching headphones between a $20 phone from 5 years ago and a $400 phone from yesterday. I actually think the headphone out might be better on the old phone and i also think I'm going to buy a sansa clip with Bluetooth. Because yes apparently they make them still.

Hoof Hearted coffee collab. This was awesome. Aromas and flavors of big nutty medium roast coffee, wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; with lighter notes of vanilla, cream, chocolate, cocoa, blueberry, blackberry, currant, red grape/wine, herbal, floral, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery hop; and roasted coffee bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter dryness, no astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, not watery for 4.5%. Probably need to revisit my posted review for the regular. Don't prefer it over the regular, but definitely a unique variant with the Ethiopian coffee. Way more fruity/berry notes. Great balance of fruity/nutty coffee complexity, pale/wheat malts, and earthy hops. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. They released another coffee variant recently, but have yet to find it anywhere.
