    I was excited to try this fresh for the first time

    a case just got delivered at the store I work at yesterday. unfortunately, not as fresh as I hoped...

    "enjoy by 07/07/13". so even though we have two cases of 6+ month out of date Great Lakes beer that they haven't taken back yet, send some GL IPA that we've never stocked before (at least not in the last two years) that has 10 days before its 'best by' date. They must be stupid, or just not give a shit about the dates on their beer. /end angry distribution rant

    nonetheless, this is still a pretty tasty beer. from what I've heard, Great Lakes dates their beers 'enjoy by' 90 days from bottling, so it's by no means old.
