    Day one of a five day weekend, taking a break from unloading a semi-load of Trex and lumber for our new deck and plans to stop by the brewery on Friday... life is good and this is the start of what promises to be a fantastic weekend

    Its funny you should ask, I really felt it was average, my bottle date said April 26th ot 29th, so for being 90 days plus It kept well, but I'm glad I just got the single. The malt character was off to me.
    I got a six pack of Lagunitas Maximus instead,(for 4th of July) simply because of the freshness, I was glad I made that choice.

    Freaking delicious, the bourbon is still strong, but the sting has mellowed, as one would expect.
    I was afraid it would have mellowed too much, but it is still stellar.

    Grilled chicken , mushrooms , onions , peppers , squash for lunch , everyone is having ice cream for dessert but me , I'm having my first Jai Alai of what I hope is many to come , this baby landed on my doorsteps 2 hours ago , I just couldn't wait any longer , Big thanks to fellow BA member Drew_Face for hooking me up

    It sounds like our taste buds are right on par. I still have 3 left that I may give away. Never had the Maximus. I may have to try that. Have a great 4th!

    Finished first semester of nursing school, now I'm waiting for my buddy to get here so we can start the 12 (13? 14?) hour drive to DC (he's driving, not me, otherwise I wouldn't be drinking/posting here...) for our other friend's wedding. This is gonna be a looooong weekend.
