    Full Sail "Wreck the Halls"
    Having it with a grilled pizza topped with roasted garlic, caramelized onions, fire roasted bell peppers and poblano chile's, sauteed baby bella mushrooms in bourbon, smoked italian sausage, 5 cheeses and fresh basil. Happy pay day!

    A hot day called for a Lambic tasting. A friend and I put away the following 375s:

    Oud Beersel Framboise 2011(?)
    Boon Oude Kriek Mariage Parfait 2008
    Tilquin Oude Quetsche 2012/3
    Tilquin Oude Gueuze 2010/11
    Allagash Coolship Resurgam 2012
    Oude Geuze De Wets 1990

    Sadly the old one, which we picked up at De Heeren Van Liedekerke last year, was flat and mildly oxidized. Still drinkable, but nowhere near as good as the others. Resurgam was the clear standout, with Quetsche being the winner among the fruit offerings.
