    Trying to clear some space in the cellar before my stout season purchases ramp up. Starting with this:

    2014 is drinking fantastically right now. Still has some barrel heat mixed with dark fruit sweetness.

    Will hopefully be back later with another cellar pick.

    Beachwood Amalgamator IPA (Mosaic, Columbus, Warrior, Amarillo). These guys kill it when it comes to west coast IPA's. A great change of pace from all the hazy offerings. A clean and vibrant Mosaic hop profile bringing fresh tangerine, clementine, lemon, ruby red grapefruit, blueberry, pineapple, weed dankness, and a pine resin bitterness. Kicking myself for only getting one can because this is awesome.

    A Saison that is supposed to be "too bitter for normal people to enjoy" according to label. It definitely has quite a dry, leathery bitterness to it, but is still quite enjoyable :wink:.

    7th Beer in the Costco/Kalea 2019 Advent Calendar and the most exceptional I have tried (IMHO, of course). A delicious Weizenbock, which, given the banana and cloves olfactory and gustatory elements, put this in mind:

    After gushing out of the bottle, the remainder of the beer has a beautiful honey gold body with a decent frothy white head; decent sheeting inside the glass. Nice vinous aroma; white grapes; lemony; wood. Great taste combing tangy sourness with some lemon-like tones; acidic; white grape must. Light body; slightly fuzzy and dry; crisp and tart.

    Despite losing a fair portion of the 250 ml contents due to over-carbonation (sorry, but points off appearance for that), the beer itself is pleasant and light on the palate. This is a very approachable wild ale, clean and refreshing with a solid lemon/lime presence and the barest suggestion of the foeder aging. I would certainly grab another bottle if given the opportunity.
