    Thought I would open something special today. We are about to start braaiing (South African version of a barbeque) for lunch and then planning to watch the Wimbledon final - Com'on Murray :D

    Double Cooked Tree. Wow, like this one a lot. Matter o' fact. I like this one about twice as much as the Crooker Tree IPA. Much appreciation to nhindian for the extra.:D

    2008 Alaskan Barley Wine. I don't think I'd want to cellar it more than I did despite it tasting so good right now.

    Another day another new beer , I've been on a roll the last few weeks. I didn't thing I was going to enjoy this one after the first couple of drinks but it's growing on me , get's more flavor to it as it warms up. Cheers Everyone!!!

    Much hoppier than a classic Saison. Could be a Belgian IPA. Not too aggressive, though.

    Well these working weekends with the family all gone is starting to really suck , how bad do you say? Well how about this , Pizza Rolls and the first home brew I ever made , a Belgium dubbel , and to top it off I used extract for the first and only time and it tastes like crap , but I'm eating pizza rolls so who cares , Cheers All!!!!
