Good afternoon everybody, hope the new year's starting out killer. Starting today with my last Ballz Deep DIPA and Soundgarden's first two EP recordings.

Public Access On Air. Excellent. Great head retention/lacing. Aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, tangerine, mandarin, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 8%. Great Citra, Comet, Mandarina Bavaria profile. Very vibrant, juicy, dank, earthy hops; with a nice wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Impressive NEDIPA as expected. No complaints. 4

This gives even classics like Narwhal or Old Rasputin a run for their money in my opinion. An incredibly rich and well-balanced RIS that's big on the roasted malts and bitter hops, with roasted coffee and dark chocolate standing out particularly.

God damn it, I gotta say it's been a great night with plenty of pleasant surprises and incredible brews :grinning:!

Bright and clear medium yellow body; nice gently rising carbonation; thick, white head; sticky sheets of foam line the glass. Excellent aroma; mild graininess with gentle spicy hops; toasted crackers. The taste leads with a strong and tasty wheat cracker flavor; hop bitterness is subtle and balanced with the malt base. Medium body; crisp and generally dry mouthfeel.

This is an incredible pilsner, offering plenty of grain goodness and hop bitterness. The beer brings some great complexity for the style to the palate. Very delicious.

Believe it or not, I have never had Union Jack before. Nice to have a classic WC IPA. So tired of the Haze Craze.

Duck off the grill, next beer, fire burning, wife close by and grunge station on Pandora. It's times like these that make me really, really happy that I didn't do stupider things than I did as a youth. Cheers mates, it's a good day!
