It's a good one and has pretty much replaced the lamb sliders I usually had. The brisket is smoked on site and they use Gruyere cheese. It is excellent!

Wrapped up work for the day and settling down to this fine brew; a first for me.

Tree House Brewing Company - Curiosity Ninety (7.9% DIPA) My overall rating = 4.24

Having this near Pittsburgh, PA from a 16oz canned on 2020-02-14.
A - Hazy straw with a 1-finger white head and very good lace
S - Fresh hops, citrus, bread dough
T - Bread dough, red grapefruit flesh, lime, touch of lactose, spicy (mint, grass and pepper). Moderate bitterness.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. On the soft side and it's resinous.
O - Absolutely loaded with hop flavors. A winner.

Since it's a nice, warm day here for early spring and I got out for a walk, I'm listening to this upbeat song:

A great dessert beer that borders on being too sweet. 16 ounce can a bit much. Suggest sharing this one with at least one other person.

Decided to have a weekday beer or two. Sixpoint Trail Haze to start. Just about hated this the first time I tried it, but it's growing on me. It doesn't scratch the IPA itch for me, but it's decent if you're looking for a crisp, light, citrusy offering.
