    BTW, Happy St. Joseph's Day. The patron saint of workers, whether you are religiously inclined or not, this is certainly a time all working people should be in our thoughts. I am still recovering from my cross country sojourn, so anything with "Chill" in it made sense. Nice, yeast forward brew, IMHO. It's working ...
