    Made a beer run on 10% off beer Thursday to stock up on IPAs for the apocalypse. Noticed some Grapefruit Sculpin on the shelf. I asked the beer manager about it. He said it's fresh off the truck - first BP they've gotten in five months. So I grabbed two 6-packs and headed home to crack one open. Hmmm. Tastes very malty...

    Called the beer guy back up and went in to exchange it for some Pseudo Sue. The beer guy called his distributor to complain. The distributor said, "well, everyone dates their stuff differently." Really... :rolling_eyes:

    Yea it does taste a bit odd, but there hasn't been a flavorful I haven't liked lol :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    I wanted something really hot and spicy for dinner tonight. Smoked sausage with an ample amount of homegrown Thai chilies, drizzled with chile oil and then roasted. Simple but tasty way to make sausage.

    Finishing up my first hippie chick with it but I have a 2nd one ready to go - and I needed it. I can testify that green Thai chilies are easily as hot as red ones, if not hotter!

    I am not even trying to be taken down by this virus. Nope. I'm going to sit here and enjoy my IPAs until further notice. I lysoled and disinfected the entire crib piece like somebody stole something, yet those that know the kid will tell you this isn't nothing new. Why does it take a pandemic for people to actually start washing their hands? Think about that...
