    Alpine Duet 7%. They should have named this beer "Can't Get it Right". It's not bad. Doesn't really feel or taste like Alpine malt flavor. Tastes like green flash Simcoe hop flavor with some good resiny lingering bitterness. It has Amarillo floral notes. Tastes fresh. Its not heavy and it cured my hop craving. Can't really complain. Its kinda good.

    Supporting the local brewery that’s supporting us, Got lunch, a pound of coffee and two crowlers of Dropping Smooth Beats Track 1 from the mighty Noble Beast Brewing Company. They’re offering some grocery basics like eggs, meat, coffee and including the best item description on a brewery web site I’ve ever read: Toilet Paper “One glorious roll.” 75¢ for that TP. I should add very fair $10 a 32 ounce crowler.

    That’s being darn neighborly. We’re all in this together. Keep your stick on the ice. Cheers!

    Varg is a black lager from The Brewers Collective and I missed it so much. This is my favorite beer to sip when I’m behind the bar and it’s damn tasty in my backyard. Prost!
