I don't have the money for that right now, if I want to get DOCSIS3.1, it is quite expensive up front. Plus I get more integrated features with their equipment for TV streaming and other goodies. I bought a DOCSIS3.0 modem last year and my performance didn't go well on the upload area. Also diagnosed the problem to being most likely on my storage systems. When I build a new computer I am going full NVMe/SSD for better bandwidth. I'll survive for now :nerd:. I got gigabit hardware every single other area. I spent plenty of time on the shit.

    New Image -- All Together

    3.73/5 rDev 0%
    look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.5

Pale yellow and cloudy body; thin, soapy head. Earthy and grapefruit aroma primarily; a bit of lemon grass. The taste sports a cracker-like base with a bold citrus flavor; grapefruit; citrus rind; tart; mild hop bitterness. Medium body; a bit creamy on the palate; sharp and tangy; some powdered sugar sweetness yet finishes fairly dry.

This is about the fourth variation of this beer that I've tried. So far, they all seem pretty much the same: so-so appearance (primarily a lackluster head), decent yet unassuming smell; and all with a pretty respectable taste and mouthfeel. This New Image offering is no different. It is nice but I won't be looking for any more from this brewery.

...plus our first fully blossomed columbine appeared today...yellow ones are also ready to pop...don't no what other colors we'll get, but it's usually a rainbow of hues...

3rd style out of their sampler 12 pack. The 4th will be a Dunkel that I've had before and is solid. This Helles is pretty tasty as well. I probably prefer the Hefe out of all of them.

Although I hate it when a brewer calls this kind of brew a Gose, it still makes for an excellent Fruited Kettle Sour with very little sweetness, a good acidity and quite nice raspberry and guava notes.

Yeah these fisherman are getting killed too so I wanted to contribute. No restaurants = less boats going out, less income. This trickles down way more than people realize. Purchased this right off the dock in Pt Judith. 4#steamers, 25 littlenecks, 2# lobster, 2# Block Island sea scallops and 2# locally caught tuna plus I gave 4 stuffies to my neighbors ( i make my own) all that for under a hundy.

#2, this beer is “Exhibit A” in the “serving a beer at the proper temperature is CRITICAL” argument, IMHO.

As the beer warms, the chocolate and maple flavors come forward and the booziness from the barrel recedes. World class, IMHO.

PS: Ranger says “Hi!” WBAYDN thread.

Big Bird from Trillium. I've never had this one, surprisingly. My gf just said that it looks like titty milk. I obviously love her. Cheers!

We are supporting them from our local Fishmongers at North Shore Seafood. Buying weekly and storage as well, Youre correct that the reaches of impact are yet to be understood. A good friend went out of Point Judith Tuesday a tapped out of stripers in 1 hr. Tasting great though!

Yeah, like that girl I met at the bar one night, when she said to me, "Tequila makes my clothes fall off...." I said, "Bartender, TWO Tequillas!"
I love Tequilla, but I'm way too old for that kind of trouble these days!

Daughter #2 and her husband went to Switzerland and bought it for me. Question is how can she afford that kind of vacation and her old man dad cannot.

Every once in awhile, I need to drink something with low ABV. After a couple hours of yard work, this FW Bretta Rose' hit the spot:
