    Got chores done, chicken marinating for the grill, veggie kabobs prepared so relaxing with a beer now. I occasionally enjoy a blueberry beer, usually Wachusett since I think they make the best one and I still think they make the best one ...

    Went to the beach for a long walk today. Not clear in the picture, but there are many cruise ships and ferries laying at anchor. Outwaiting Covid-19 time.

    I finished "The Room" puzzle game in 3 hours, was on Steam for $5. Very satisfying and fun to play. There are a few sequels including a VR one that I will buy eventually.

    Castle Island Bohemian Shine. Very good Czech Pilsner. Solid head retention/minimal lacing. Aromas and flavors of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Some fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light lingering resins and increasing dryness, no hop astringency. Very clean lager flavors, minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Very flavorful/refreshing, not watery for 4.9%. Perfectly balanced clean pils malt showcase and earthy Czech Saaz hops. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. Very well made for the style!

    “Prost”

    First us brewery to use diamant hops from Germany in collaboration with Weyermann and brewers supply group

    Can poured into a tulip . Two finger taupe frothy foam cap, good retention , good lacings over a reddish brown liquid with a few streams of carbonation

    Aroma is herbal, floral , spicy

    Taste is brown bread , spiciness, herbal

    Hop nibble lingers , medium sudsing, hop nibble lingers

    Good beer

    Social distancing tasting with good friends. Mikerphone BA Party Dress Imperial Stout (coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, cacao nibs in Heaven Hill barrels). Outstanding. Such a nice balance between all the adjuncts. Smooth barrel presence. Mikerphone kills it.
