Thanks for liking the glass, It’s indeed a very nice glass and the title of it is: “Skulls ‘n’ Flowers”. You can feel the lace under your fingers whilst drinking your favorite beer. There are actually 3 new glasses issued this week, all 3 off them designed by lady's, “Joske, Serafine and Gigi”, who work at Duvel. Check again tomorrow, when I will present the next glass filled with 8.5 proof beer nectar.
(No, I don’t Work at the PR section of Duvel)

That's one I've got to try. Put a "y" on the first word & you have my last name! Of course, it was spelled without a "y" before someone decided to "Americanize" it.

If you like coffee stouts that have coffee flavor and can age without tasting like green peppers, then this is a beer you should try - Cheers!

    Good morning BA
Birthday beer #1 (after painting half the garage)...

A partnership Kolsch Style Ale brewed to sell at the new Louisville City soccer stadium that hasn't stared play yet due to the pandemic. Points for not adding fruit, honey or other nonsense. Points lost for some noticeable diacetyl to my taste. Cheers all!

Lunch beer...JWB/Bottle Logic collab on draught/growler I got yesterday - “Sinister Sixth V2”, a Willet Rye Bourbon barrel aged RIS, with coconut and vanilla in the boil:

Poured at 57 degrees; black with ruby edges; dark brown tight bubbles quickly recede leaving no cap and thin ring; small dots of lace and heavy legs on swirl. Strong coconut aromas upon opening bottle; vanilla, bourbon; boozy exhale. Taste follows nose; bittersweet dark chocolate base; toasted coconut; oaky vanilla middle; chocolate ganache and bourbon ending. Full but not syrupy body; smooth velvety feel; warmth from 12%; medium minus carbonation. Overall, another blockbuster collaboration; well balanced layers of boil and barrel flavors - all scales seem equally weighted; the alcohol, while present, is inviting rather than a distraction; reminds me of Vanilla BCBS, with the addition of an even measure of coconut in nose/on tongue; I like this version slightly better than the V1 variety because of the excellent presentation of coconut here... Can’t stop drinking my growler...

    4.5 | 4.75 | 4.75 | 4.5 | 4.75
I just added beer to database. Score: 4.71

[IMG] Poured into a 16 oz Kettlehead Brewing can shaped pint glass. Pours a very hazy orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace, with excellent retention. 4.75

Smell guava, pineapple, ripe melon, mandarin, passionfruit, apricot, and a hint of grapefruit rind. 4.75

Taste follows bigger and bolder guava, cantaloupe, mandarin orange, passionfruit, apricot, blueberry, and just a hint of grapefruit. 4.75

Mouthfeel is big, sticky not dry, gentle carbonation, and at 9.5% loaded with flavor but goes down dangerously easy. 5

Overall another great and bold NEDIPA from @Kettlehead Brewing. 4.75
