    Clear, dark gold body; outstanding carbonation, very tiny bubbles; thick head, dense and creamy. Classic hop bitterness with a touch of dankness. Beautifully balanced flavors; light and tasty malt base; mildly spicy and peppery; clean and bitter hop presence. Medium body; crisp and bright with an excellent hop bite; slightly sweet yet primarily finishes with a dry quality.

    BB 08/06/20 per the can bottom.

    I may have had this beer in the past, but I honestly don't recall if I have or not. Regardless, this is a classic west coast IPA, the style I prefer over the latest haze-craze IPA versions. And this will be one I'll be going back to. It is delicious and refreshing...

    I am drinking the bitter beer of Hate.
    Some people simply can't stand different.
    But Hi-Wire IPA is different.
    Tastes a bit like Two Hearted, but not quite as bitter.
    Still, if you can get Hi-Wire Mosaic IPA, by all means do.
    I don't think you will be disappointed.

    Thursday afternoon, and another installment of NA Beer...today’s contestant is “Blonde”, all the way from Toronto, Canada’s Partake Brewing:

    Pours pale gold with excellent clarity; quick white head; no cap retention, no ring nor lace. Light perfumed floral hop nose. Very lite hop presence and light almost non existent malt. Light watery body with light carbonation. Overall, there’s not much here; nothing off...just mostly nothing.

    Only a couple more of these left. I'm craving hops and I got nothing but sours and stouts. I don't even bother with local hops anymore I have been ruined by trading for stuff out of NE the local stuff just doesn't work for me anymore
