I think this was one of my first, if not the first, IPA I ever had. So many years ago that I forgot when. I do remember it was on draft in a bar in Beaufort, SC.

The only GA coast I have ever hit is Brunswick/St Simons... if you find yourself closer to Macon in the near future let me know there are some extra cans of it lying around this area

Twinsies! Although I'm guessing you didn't lay down $7 for one bottle like I did. Is it the 5/29 batch?

Nice, I have a bunch of Sweetwater bottle openers but I've never seen that one. 420 was one of my go-to's back in the day. Sweetwater IPA was good to although I haven't had it recently.

Kroger was selling the beer but by the time I could get it they were sold out. I was looking forward to it.

5/09. Only reason I'm not sending almost all of it out on trades. I guueeeessss I'll just have to drink this batch all for myself. :grinning:

And no, the price on this is reasonable. I think it runs $16 per 4 pack, so a pretty reasonable price for an IIPA this high quality.

Oddly enough Kroger is the only place is my area that sells anything Wicked Weed. I've never tried any of there stuff but they generally have 2-4 options at Kroger

I'm only bitter because I called a bar/bottle shop earlier today asking if they had 4-packs for sale and they told me yes so I drove 40 minutes out there to grab 2 or 3 of them and when I got there the manager told me the employee was wrong and they only had singles for sale so I ended up enjoying one on their front patio before leaving. I posted about it earlier today but that is my story of 80 minute commute for one beer today. It was delicious though.
