I never liked coconut as a kid. Mounds and Almond Joy were the first things I traded from my Halloween haul. I've never ordered a coconut cream pie - and never will.
However, the coconut is the star here and this is spectacular.
    friday cheers

Cherry Street is literally a mile down the road from me and I have yet to try Stepin' Razor. Their Dunkel Bock and Maibock are well worth the trip. LOL, I've got that exact same glass.

This bottle of Pliny the Elder comes courtesy of the legendary @RaulMondesi. My brother, my brother. Peace, sir!

Are you near the taproom or the brewpub at Halycon? 95% of the stuff I have had from them is hoppy stuff and although I've had a few of their sours and stouts as well. I didn't even know they made more traditional styles, TIL. You should check out Steppin Razor it isn't world class but for ~$13 a 4-pack it is a decent local option

Anyway, I drank that first one a bit fast but moving on... I've completely given up on trying to ever get my flash to function properly and consistetly

Good advice - with 90 degree temps forecast for tomorrow I doubt I'll feel like sitting in a long line.

Ok, was able to get to the driving range before what appears to be a stormy afternoon. Took a quarter of a small bucket to figure out my swing, then another half to realize I could use/needed a larger turn. My muscles are way out of practice stretching like that.

After practice and follow up walk/jog, a hand-squeezed margarita (limes, orange, agave, booze):

And now, a Master of Oranges, which doesn’t look all that different (in different light).

There was a time when I would have told you that this was Tree House's best beer. I don't know if that's still the case, but I do know this: It's f*cking awesome. Holy hell. Thankful. Peace.

Duvel is a desert Island beer for me too.
Fun to try these somewhat rare one off beers (they even had a black IPA a couple of years ago).
The classic Duvel is way better.
    Cheers!
