    Brussel sprouts roasted with dried cranberries pine nuts and a touch of fresh shaved Parmesan cheese is divine. Everybody telling you different is a liar.

    Glad you brought it up, roasting brussel sprouts is my favorite way of preparing them. Get that nice char on the outside and the sweetness really comes out.

    Always a tough call with BCBS regular. Based on past reviews, variants deteriorate, but regular doesn't seem to, and some believe it improves. Most other beers don't improve with age. It's great at almost 7 months.

    There's gotta be a joke in there somewhere about walking around the CHOP district (or whatever the hell they're calling it) looking like that. I can see the headline in the PI now... "Seattle Police finally return in-force to the Capital Hill district to enforce the governor's mask order."

    My money is still on Calvin 'Fuzzy' Samuels...

    ...and I just found my long lost collection of some (not most) of my concert tickets...saw the 'Band' in a bar near Baltimore in the early 90s...Danko was still so frickin' animated yet so huge (not like that skinny guy seen in the 'The Last Waltz'...and not the original lineup (I would have love to seen Robbie Robertson)...but to see Levon Helm (pre-throat cancer)...man, what a good show even if it wasn't the classic group lineup...
