    [​IMG] Nice NEIPA, but comparing them when one was dry hopped and the other was Triple Dry Hopped is not fair. Nice beer.

    Morning chores done, it’s coffee time. Cleaning out the cellar - CW’s “Cherry Stout” (2016):

    Drinks like a fruited ale more so than a 10% BBA imperial stout; surprised the tart cherries show up after 4 years; chocolate base with a dry oaky finish. Always has been (imo) the weak link in the otherwise excellent Brewer’s Reserve Series. Cheers and have a super Saturday!

    Hittin' some middle eastern style leftover brunch stuff, grilled tan tan seasoned chicken, some pearl couscous, homemade hummus, rapini, cuke salad, etc., along with another DDH Weldwerks Juicy Bits. Works. This batch of JB is only 2 weeks old but not the best; can't pinpoint what's off. I'll think on it. Another hot one for us on the Front Range, can't wait to get into high country again this coming Monday-Tuesday. I plan at least one visit to Outer Range Brewing...Cheers, have a good Saturday.
    Hmm... what tune to pair... oh, this'll work.

    These beers from Iceland brewery Einstok have recently become available here in Ohio....their wee heavy and this Baltic Porter are my fav's - bought at my local beverage store....

    Goodmorning advocates. Spent this week getting ready for knee surgery that's way past due for a torn meniscus. They put it on the books for next friday so I plan to relax and drink till then. @TheIPAHunter sent me a very generous box filled with some gems I have not had in a long time. Going to start with on the fly from treehouse and you know I love the aroma of tropical fruit when it fills the room. Stay safe and be well advocates cheers
