    It's a hot one today. I'm cooling off with a Gumballhead, a wheat beer, from Three Floyds. This is my first time having something from FFF, and it is easily living up to their reputation. Smells of banana & bubblegum. Taste has a strong wheat backbone. Banana follows from the nose and is backed up by some light spice. This is a damn fine beer.

    Bells Oberon American Wheat ale. 5.8%. Since April I think this has passed SNPA as my go-to. It feels like I'm always running out of Oberon. Its good.

    Thanks to COVID-19, we are getting beer drops from places I normally don't have access to. Enter Burley Oak.

    I love Cherry Coke. It's my favorite soda when I drink it (maybe twice a year?) So decided to take a gamble on this one.

    Um. Wow. It's a total sugary sweet bomb. I'll just say that while I can finish this (and do taste the cola and cherry), this isn't really my cup of tea. Nor is it what I drink beer for.

    From Sackets Harbor Brewing Co. I grew up in Sackets Harbor, a major ship building center & home of the Great Lakes fleet during the war of 1812. Two major battles were fought there, ending with American victories. It's what Sackets is famous for. Hence, the name.

    Good afternoon, advocates. I briefly thought about ordering some Trillium today, but opted against it. Apparently the collab beer with Bissell Brothers was highly sought after. Instead, I chose something that I know will exceed the hype. You really can't go wrong with this one. Cheers!
