    Experimenting with/practicing my baking skills with some oversight from King Sue:

    After 15 minutes at 425°, and starting to get a brown, crunchy crust, I tent crust and reduce to 375°, add shaved almonds to top with another sprinkle of granulated maple/sugar, and will bake until noon...

    First and possibly only pour today, because at 25.4 oz it is really two pours, Lake Effect Brewing / Beer on the Wall collaboration offering, Champagne Supergose. Unlike most collaborations, this is a continuously produced beer, which is good because I want more.

    then Oasis > Beatles plus Jesus.
