    It’s starting in late august last I checked, such temps as I often stated here are (or instead, were) unusual only ten years ago. The new normal and I still haven’t invested in A/C at least for my room.

    For some reason not every person born in really hot areas like the Southwest would actually enjoy the heat. Or even much less handle it. The infamous Lance Armstrong hated the summer heat in France in the Alps and instead loved a rainy race day. To each their own.

    What Belgian beer do you easily find in VA?

    Yes, not really different here. I once saw Westy XII at my store and got excited, before asking for the price (no wonder it wasn’t under the bottle): 30€. Yeah nah. I love beer but not to the point of spending as much on a single bottle.

    Drinking this 10% abv Trillium/Monkish collab Citra hopped NETIPA right now, Insert Hip Hop Reference There. This was one of my '5' ratings when it was first released in 2018. A little sweet right now, looks gorgeous, big foam head that Trillium hoppy beers usually lack, huge aroma, big flavor, a little booze, soft and smooth. Really nice, glad I got some more of these, though at 10% I probably won't be drinking too many at a time. Cheers! :beers:

    Ancient City Amber Orange
    Caramel malt notes complimented by hints of sweet orange.
    Juicy orange sweetness is quickly followed by malty caramel notes and restrained hop bitterness.
    Pretty tasty on a 100 degree afternoon in Saint Augustine Florida.

    Boulevard Brewing Rye On Rye 6 in a Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel Teku glass. These guys have taken the time and effort to navigate the multi-layered and convoluted regulatory bullshit that is the LCBO. I hope they are being rewarded with sales, as I appreciate the presence of this brewery in the province. Rock on Boulevard. Cheers.
