    Green wax 2010 Three Floyd's Dark Lord left over from my years spent in The Region. Just half the beetus it was 10 years ago and an improvement from the one I drank a couple of years ago. I never really understood the love for this beer? :rolling_eyes: The green chile and chicken omelet should get the sugar off my teeth!

    I bought a few different cans of Industrial Arts last week. This is the 1st one, Tools of the Trade. The can says it's a bright, snappy, citrus Extra Pale Ale. It's extra in flavor, but not extra in ABV at only 4.8%. It is hoppy, fruity, & citrusy on both the nose and the palate. Aromas & flavors of peach, banana, orange & lemon. I really, really liked this one and rated it at a 4.3 which is a healthy chunk above its BA average of 3.93.

    Drinking a Hill Farmstead Abner, maybe my favorite IPA I have ever had. So incredibly balanced and juicy.

    Directly from Sardinia (largest island in the Mediterranean):

    P3 Brewing Company (Sassari, ITALIA) - WEST COAST SARDINIA - 6,6%

    Light yellow, transparent, clean.
    Not very explosive on the nose.
    In the mouth, the fruit (yellow peach, yellow melon, mango
    also light citrus peel) quickly slips away towards a pleasant bitterness that remains on the tongue even after drinking.
    Very light body.
    The thing I love the most is the ending of that bitterness that could have been banal in such a beer, but it is not.
    It is a little overpriced, but I appreciated it.

    Hello all, hope everyone is doing well.

    I'm getting my beer day started with some mocha cold brew courtesy of Trillium, Cacao PM Dawn coffee stout. Cheers!

    (was going to actually have Epic - 2017 Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist which was one of my favorite stouts when I had it fresh after release, but it seems to have gone a little sour, so I had to get an emergency beer to replace it, thankfully this last Cacao PM Dawn from 2018 fits the bill, not sour, has the rich chocolate and coffee notes I wanted, though minus the barrel treatments and coconut. Glad I only had 1 extra bottle of that)

    This is pretty no nonsense and tasty. Haven't had a beer from Schlafly in a very long time. Glad I pick this one up.
