    Small Riwaka Everything by Other Half. This is gud. Creamy, soft, ton of tangerine citrus. Best IPA of theirs I’ve had in awhile.

    Other Half Broccoli DIPA (Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, Simcoe). Great complex hop flavor, soft, slight creamy. Other Half just knows how to do it. Damn good.

    Happy Labor Day. My new go to meal smoked pulled pork that I finish off on the griddle for street tacos.

    @5 hours in, probably another 3 hours to go.

    Great Oktoberfest beer but not traditional to the style.

    I absolutely love Strata hops and they come through so nicely here, with those strong passion fruit and dank notes that I could immediately tell without even knowing they were in there, while the Riwaka adds some equally distinct and quite zesty citrus notes as well.

    Happy Labor Day BAs! Oak-fermented and dry-hopped (w/ Hersbrucker & Spalt) pilsner from OEC. Didn’t see any mention of it being unfiltered on the can, but it’s definitely a bit on the hazy side. Classic golden color though, and a dense white head. Nose is meek, hard to describe. On the other hand, oak is a detectable but not aggressive additional facet to an otherwise traditional pilsner flavor profile. Cheers!
