    Sipping on my last one of these:slight_frown:. NG, all I can say is thank you... No IIPA that was bottled in late feb. should taste anywhere near this good, citrus hops all the way. Maris Otter malts are starting to shine though nicely.

    One of my friends has a weird habit of aging the IPA's he enjoys. I rarely will try his experiments, since they usually taste like crap, but I figured id entertain him since IIPA is one of my favorites.

    Somehow it was good, I got none of the overly bitter "dead hop" taste I get out of his other aged IPAs. You are definitely right this beer holds up

    But then did this for some reason....this is a challenge\dare beer. Betting who can drink the most and or/fastest would have been great in my younger years.
