    Cheers BA’s
    I hit double 6’s today.
My wife is working late so I’m going to celebrate by myself and make a little Bolognese

The one with the glasses asked me how old I was and when I told her she said “ I can’t even count that high,” nice.

    :+1:

Yeah, I prefer the studio version. Personally, the Peter Green-era Fleetwood Mac is the period I prefer (with 'Then Play On' as the crowning achievement). But 'Future Games' does rate as my second favorite FM album overall. There's no denying the song craft and appeal of the Buckingham/Nicks era FM, but I just don't own (or care to) any of those albums...

La Trappe Oak Aged. This is in fact La Trappe Quadrupel, aged on high end used oak casks. It is produced in batches, the oak used for each batch is different. Best before date on these bottles is far away in the future. Makes this one from 2018 rather fresh.
    Cheers!

    Good evening Advocates,
the beer I'm drinking now, I would be happy if you could drink it in many of you because it's hurting me a lot!

Bonavena (Benevento, ITA) - PEEK-A-BOO - Imperial Buffalo Milk Chocolate Porter (7,5%).

    (Best before 07/2021.)
From an italian region where they know how to work with buffalo milk, especially as regards His Majesty, the Mozzarella, this beer has as its only one a bit of body to be an Imperial Porter.
Dark cacao, roasted, not excessive metallic tip.
After cacao, the beer develops perfectly with the softness typical of a milk stout
100% natural sensation of softness (almost creaminess).
Alcohol content hidden by a very little robust body.
In terms of taste, it is really very satisfying.

Yeah! That was one of my favorite Lagers this year, actually. Their Vienna Lager (Foeder) is still tops for me from them (for lagers), but I like what the oats do here; it's not on the palate, it's in the mouthfeel, and that was a solid beer. Good to know it's back at C'train.
    CHeers!

Having a Trillium Foggiest Window right now. Amazing aroma, the taste is definitely a little spicy with sweet tropical fruitiness underneath. Some hop burn but it kind of works I think and isn't too bad for me, I do enjoy spicy foods though. Cheers! :beers:

Looks like a new album is out from Thievery Corporation with some old popular songs redone in a symphony with real instruments, as they are usually produced electronically I'm pretty sure. These guys are awesome!:fire:

Goat Patch Brewing Co. -- Doppelbock

    3.99/5 rDev 0%
    look: 3.75 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Deep, dark brown body (nearly black); thin yet creamy and lasting khaki colored head. Beautiful roasted grain aroma. Malty backbone flavors; deep caramel; cinnamon; subdued hop bitterness lying beneath a dull, full grain sweetness; suggestion of cocoa; minimal alcohol presence. Heavy body; fairly smooth and dense; excellent residual sugar heft and minimal alcohol warmth.

Goat Patch has dialed in a fine and tasty doppelbock offering. It brings balance and flavor to the fore, nicely mutes the alcohol presence, and leaves you with a nice malt-bomb boozer.

There's an old Russian saying: "For free, even vinegar is sweet!"

    Let's just hope it's COVID-19-free as well! :zipper_mouth:

That definitely wouldn't be worth it. At least if it was some great beer, then it'd be justifiable.
