There is a schism in my extended family between mustard (coarse of course) vs melted butter to accessorize your perogie, we agree that both can share the same table.
    I am mustard guy

You are a smart person. But here on the west coast, I better finish working first, especially since I have to talk to strangers. I'll be back with another beer in about two hours...guaranteed...and it'll probably be a local festbier...and gosh darn I'm thirsty...that lunch beer is barely going to tide me over, delicious as it was

Maybe you have a better vocabulary than me. For my Polish in-laws, if it looks like a pierogi, it's a pierogi.

All right, that's sensible to me.

Clear copper liquid produced a thick creamy off white taupe dense foam cap , good retention

    Aroma is malty, brown bread

Taste is brown bread , malts, hint of hops , slightly sweet

Low sudsing , quaffable , malt taste lingers

    Good beer

@TheGent sounds like a little piece from 2 songs that ring a bell. So I'm going with either Mr. Big or Clapton-"To be with you" or "Tears in heaven".
