A Cedar Dust (likely my most regularly consumed beer) now.

I believe Woodinville was the first location of Red Hook. I was hooked on hops after I tasted Ballard's Bitter. Not the same since Bud bought them.

The OG Red Hook was in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. As they grew, they built the large brewery in Woodinville. Woodinville is now home to a nice little pod of breweries.

I remember enjoying their India pelican ale 12 yrs ago when I grew up on the Oregon coast. Glad to see they’re still going strong.

Agreed wholeheartedly! I'm a huge fan of the style, and while this one may not have the level of funk I typically enjoy, I certainly won't say anything against more brews like this from being produced. Cheers!

Off work, my senses blunted by the political car crash that was on tv. I need a fucking beer.

    NEIPA single-hopped with Galaxy

This is really spectacular. These guys randomly showed up in my local bottle shop, and I couldn't resist trying a Galaxy SHIPA from a new-to-me brewery. Wow, these guys don't mess around. Classic pale ale grainy malt base, bitter and resinous and herbal and spicy because they actually boiled the hops :¬O - oily and clingy, and finishing delightfully Aussie with some signature Galaxy goodness. What a brave beer, and a job well done. I'll be keeping an eye open for more of these guys. Try them, if you haven't.

Everyone else: boil your damn hops. bitterness is gooood... bitterness is eye pee ayyy.

    Cheers, LNBA!

    Good evening BAs.

To start this evening, I'm killing off some more samples. These two are from Duck Foot Brewing, a San Diego brewery that specializes in gluten-reduced beers.

First up, Drink This Or The Beers Die, a honey beer.
Secondly, Secret Spot, a hazy-ish IPA hopped with Citra and Motueka.

Wishing my nose wasn’t stuffed up from the change of seasons. At least I’m hoping that’s why.
