    Excited to try this pumpkin ale from Whole Hog. I've had some good ones this year, including macro & micro. That said, this year's batch of Pumking was the best. Cheers.

    R.I.P. Eddie. Glad I got to see Van Halen in concert (only once, should have seen them more all things considered). The highlight of the show was an extremely long, extremely amazing guitar solo he did as a a stand-alone performance (i.e. not in the middle of another song).

    The yard is mowed, weed eaten and blowed....the wife was half done mowing when I got home. It was heat index 102 earlier. Keeping an eye on hurricane Delta, oldest daughter lives in NOLA.

    [​IMG] Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pilsner glass canned 9/11/2020. Pours a hazy yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with solid retention. 4

    Smell coconut, pineapple, garlic, hints of mint, lemon, and apricot. 4

    Taste coconut and pineapple dominate, but garlic, lemon, and apricot lend a hand and I am enjoying it. 4.25

    Mouthfeel is a solid medium, a tad sticky not dry, gentle carbonation, and at 6.5% a crusher that may drink a tad bigger. 4.25

    Overall I am liking this, a nice change from many of the juice bombs and I like unique NEIPAs that standout as different. 4
