@russpowell I hope that works for you. I know it's a struggle,
I had a series of 4 injections to my left knee in July...maybe had a week of relief, Doc said "we can do it again in 6 months"...no thanks.

 

Shot #2, a pretty solid $30 per bottle tequila from Total Wine. Going to The Villages tomorrow for a celebration of life for a buddy who's wife passed at 56 from cancer. I would trade all the Jai Alai and Pernicious I can get for fresh Topicalia. I'll swing by the Total Wine there to see what they have.

 

Live Oak - Pils

While technically not as sweet and bready as what I've come to associate with a Czech-style pils, I find it hard to believe anyone could brew a better striaghtforward classic pils. I'm truly in love with Live Oak. Why I haven't posted a trade for them, I can't understand. Maybe my official favourite lager brewery.

Here's one for @jts211. I've been driving around just so I can blast some EVH without anyone complaining to the police about it at 5pm because it's "interfering" with his punching bag routine, even though for two years they've lived next to someone who records and plays live music daily, and has showed the utmost consideration by soundproofing my studio and not recording at night, but hey... The car stereo isn't that bad! If I play it loud enough, I think Eddie just might hear it.

I got a few fours packs today from the brewery plus an awesome Diablo pizza. One brew was canned yesterday.

Kicking-off a 4-day weekend with Deadly Combination - Idaho 7 & Citra, from Barrier Brewing.

 

I've been on an IPA kick. Yesterday I had 19.2 ouncers of Bell's Two Hearted Ale, Deschutes' Fresh Squeezed IPA, and for the first time Founders' All Day IPA which I loved. Now another first timer for me Dogfish Head's 60 Minute IPA. Also, go Bears!

 

Doc, I hope you feel the love May and I send to you and Ms. Lisa tonight!! Enjoy the trip and we'll head down your way for some beers and friendship upon your return. Cheers....no F'ing cheers my friend!!

Wife and I spent the day out and about. Couple local shops and stopped by our city’s local glass blowing place picked up some handmade glass pumpkins and a few other nice pieces.
