    Year and a half old bottle tasting just about perfect. Not boozy at all. Dark chocolate, raisin, licorice...very nice.

    Hey, I have one of those bottle cap maps. However, I'm so OCD that I had to fill it with bottle caps from those specific states. So it stalled out on several of those Southwestern and Upper Great Plains states. Also, the increase in canning made it even more difficult.
