    If you don’t like “old school” IPA’s and/or Simcoe hops, avoid this beer at all costs. I love both, so this beer checks all the boxes for me. Absolutely love it.

    The Midwest BAs know how much I like the Brewer’s Reserve series from Central Waters...thanks to @mschrei for tonight’s treat - Brandy Barrel Barleywine Ale (2020):

    This beer is delicious! Caramel malt, oak and brandy notes. Just the right amount of boozy vs. sticky sweetness. Another winner from CW. Thanks Matt!

    Thank you so much to @Kozaka for helping get me the beer I’ve been dying to try ever since he started getting me into this great brewery. This just smells like straight up dank orange juice. Holy shit. Tastes just like it smells but somehow even better. And, the thing I love about this brewery is there’s just the slightest bit of a bitter backbone to really round this out. Class all the way. Matt, as always, I can’t thank you enough and I’m really looking forward to Stet and Gather tomorrow.

    Interesting person, to say the least, but one of the greatest footballers ever. The doc done on him last year is a great one, highly recommend if you’re into the sport at all. RIP.

    Love the dutch angle photos ha. I have really likes their pale lagers that I have had a chance to try. Would love to try this one, but haven't seen it yet.
