Is it too early for an Ayinger Celebrator on steroids? OMG Turning Point. An 11% ABV Dopplebock? They call it a "Tropplebock without lactose". Wildly amazing...In collaboration with Ft. Worth's Martin House Brewing. LAGER CITY.

A nice day to putter around in the yard, especially with a tasty IPA - Grapefruit Sculpin:



This beer used to cost $16.49/6 here in SWFL and even though I like it a lot, I’d buy other IPAs. Last summer, while in Oakland CA, I drank a six a week at $12.49/6. Finally, the TW here has Sculpin/GF Sculpin for $12.49/6...my mouth and wallet both say, “Yay!”

You know things are getting grim when Canadian Provincial Premiers start sniping and throwing each other under the bus. We’re usually quite a bit more genteel up here. I expect this rancour to increase as leaders elbow and jostle to get their “fair share” of the miracle drug.

Starting off the day with an Alba Scots Pine Ale from Williams Bros. Brewing Co. in Scotland. It’s a 7.5% Gruit (five of the six most rated Gruits on BA are from these guys. Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company in Ontario are also serious about this style.) They nailed the pine and it’s a very good beer. Cheers.

Enjoying this cooler weather...70° and overcast...I think I’ll drink another IPA - Lagunitas’ “Sucks”:



I can’t remember the last time I drank one of these...pithy citrus bitterness, piney with a firm malt base. Bottled 260 0 2....so...roughly (easier to do math in my head if I give February 29 days...) Sept. 16, 2020...the last 2 is for Chicago brewery. I like!

First day of 4 days off. Slept till 10. Throat is really sore. Not sure if new dab pen or what. But, it hurts to swallow. But, temp is 97. Anyway gonna lay off that for a bit. Some dude at work gave me a gift card for speedway so I decided fuck it I'll go to microcenter in Westmont IL. I probably shouldn't have slept so late lol. Anyway got some stuff to make the trip worth it and stopped at the cemetery to say hello to my grandmother if you believe in those kinda things which I don't really. Pretty nice day think I'll warm up a bit and take a walk. Then to find some sata cables. Show me 1 console with 6+ tb of usable space. You can't. Never re downloading anything again especially after finding i hit my data cap. 3tb for $50 seems reasonable. Probably could have got the ssd for the same price anyday of the week but, oh well when in Rome. Remind me not to go to Rome. Didn't stop at the weed store on the way home from the cemetery. Proud of myself

OMG. I had to get my emissions done before I could renew. Then they told me it was more expensive to renew right away. Convenience fee right. Few days later I go to the dmv and it's all automated on a single computer terminal. Of course there's a freaking line. But, it's somehow cheaper than just going to the dmv website and having it mailed too you? Fuck bureacracy

What's your setup like? I'm running a 1070 with a 3600 right now. Waiting for a good deal on something better. 3060 ti seems up my alley. Think I'll grab one in a couple months. Of course my monitor is only 1440p 60. Might wait for something lower or get a higher refresh rate monitor. I really should read the fucking manual cause everytime I've tried that game I haven't made it past the takeoff. Damn just heard about $1 gamepass. I wonder if I can still get it.
