Drinking a Founders Doom bourbon barrel aged IIPA from 2017. Pretty interesting, more like a barleywine now, oaky, sweet toasted malts, vanilla, caramel, bitter earthy hops, citrus marmalade. Cheers all!

Good afternoon, BAs! Trying something a little different in 2021. Allowing for a few weekday brews, to try and stave off the Fri-Sun nonstop binge that has been in my life for many years. Got some near-beers to throw into the mix too. (Not this one, though.)
