    So, Blaze was an incredible movie. I have said before here that I can't really stand music biopics, but this is really worth anyone's time. No cliches, great characters, and you don't know everything about the main character by heart in the first place. Part of the movie is framed with a Townes Van Zandt interview, and it is done perfectly. As Townes notoriously made up stories, either based on his own hazy drug recollections, or to just fuck with whoever he was talking to for fun. He was a walking unreliable narrator. Even beyond that, it was just a really well made movie. I knew a little about Blaze Foley and knew several of his songs before hand, and this is a great way to add to that.

    Anyway, one last Evan Williams BIB, and Live at the Old Quarter...

    Grabbed a couple of 12 oz. bottles a year or so ago when it hit Total Wine in the 4-packs - but's it's been much longer than that since I got it in this "classic" 750 mL bottling...

    How are these Disney guys gonna commute R-rated MCU flicks (Deadpool, Logan, etc.) into their catalogue? They need to remember that it's not just kids watching... Also, dig this Olsen chick - her sisters creep me out, but she seems cool...

    Stoked for the McGregor-Poirier fight tomorrow night...

    Is Conor a different man? lol - Chael Sonnen pointed out that if you include Mayweather, McGregor is 3-3 in his last fights... :astonished: - I still can't see him losing to Poirier tomorrow...

    Absolutely not for all tastes, but for me as a fan, its a welcome release after their last album, an awfully overlong and overblown triple-length concept album... *groans* :rolling_eyes:

    Quite good comedy. Makes me want to go back and start Doc Martin again.

    Got thru WandaVision episode 3. It takes liberties with Wizard of Oz transformation to color and hints at what might come as this is the longest character or background intro I can remember. Almost gave up on it. :weary:
