one of my more interesting jobs this past week -after a series of scheduling f-ups due
to crazy weather -




we lost another great one....

 

Have a good Saturday. Went to sleep late last night and only got 4 hours of sleep. I had a half of a Digiorno pepperoni pizza that my coworker didn't want after we smoked after midnight. So I had a total of a full pizza in 2 meals, was delicious. I just got home to frozen pipes so I am in a bit of shit right now. I texted my dad to find out what I should do. I have some bottled water to drink for now but can't do anything else. I can see icicles on the water main outside.

Great christmas ale.

Good morning, BAs! Starting my weekend with ddh High Road. Canned 1/25/21.


Getting so much pineapple on this version! The base beer is nowhere near this tropical. Tired Hands continues to kill it with their ddh ipas.

 

The other part of my deconstructed black ‘n’ tan - Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale this time.


A little of both went into a chili I’m making whilst watching Red River.

I'd bet on the tuna. As @GreenBayBA suggests stick to canned, or skip completely !

 

I'm sure this will become my favourite summer Duvel in 2021. It tastes like a pilsner but with lot's more body. Can't wait for the summer months, sitting in sun and enjoying this very chilled beer.
Duvel describes it : Duvel 6.66 is an accessible beer with typical Duvelpunch that has a heavenly soft taste, slightly aromatic and refreshingly fruity due to the use of no less than 6 different hops.

Late start this glorious shorts and t-shirt morning...I didn’t realize it at the time, but those 5 Extreme beers last night kicked my butt, and I slept in this morning. Chores done, coffee time - KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge:



Bottled 10/15/20. Poured at 56°. A toss up for my best beer of 2020, with Angry Chair’s Peanut Butter Double Stuffed Fudge Bucket Imperial Sweet Stout. Cheers and have a great Saturday y’all!

Got my newest boat addition home on this frosty, though sunny 16 degree morning

1956 Gibbs Boats Rocket Runabout (built in Toledo OH).....digging it, and a nice celebratory brew to go with this morning....







she is going into an (unheated) garage this afternoon - can't wait til it warms up in a few weeks to start the restoration!
