Worked last night. Not the worst night, but ready to get some shut eye. Nothing better than a little hydration with Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen.

Have a good Tuesday. We both ended up passing out after 5PM and we woke up at 7PM and then didn't go to Paradigm Shift brewing lol, so I haven't eaten in over 24 hours. I found my box of guitar stuff my mom stashed in the shed somewhere in November before she left for more work. In San Antonio right now. After 48 hours of space heater on the water main under the house, I got cold water at 1PM and then the hot came through 3 hours later. Supposed to snow until noon. Me and Julia probably getting a big breakfast before she goes home in the afternoon. Has to get a second covid booster at the end of the week. I work at 11PM again. Everyone hates metal zone, but I've never had a bad tone from it. I got it off craigslist probably 15 years ago in North Canton somewhere. I did find my Tortex 1MM in my coffin case. lol I thought I lost another pack.

Good morning BAs! I took yesterday off as a much needed cleanse day. Up at 6am, dog and house chores done - coffee time! Finishing of one of the open bottles from the weekend, and it’s a doozy - Fremont’s BA Dark Star:



Bottled 2019. Poured at 53°. 13.1% ABV. A blend of 24, 18, 12 and 8-month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star in 7-12 year old Kentucky bourbon barrels. Bourbon and cocoa in the nose/on the tongue. Oak and vanilla flavors peek through as beer warms. Velvety rich and non-adjuncty. Fremont makes delicious BA beers. Cheers and have a great day y’all!

Up from my nap, sitting by the fireside with a Fiddlehead IPA, my first from that brewery and first beer crafted in 2021. Really a (relatively) dry delight. It's made me a (fern)believer.

Picked up a four pack of this at the grocery yesterday.

It's nearly a year old, but it's a nice change of pace. Doesn't have quite the pop it should have. Cheers all!

Keep that space heater handy as the temperature in our area drops way down later this week. Might want to drip water from faucets on very cold nights.

Me and Julia went to Beef o Brady in Wadsworth. I got a thirsty dog Irish setter. I recommended a fat tire and she thinks it's great!
