Good day Advocates. A couple of pics of my new baby weight bench. I’m going to name him Arnold. More versatile, space efficient and stronger than the old one. Drinking Space Invader IPA from Amsterdam Brewing in Toronto. Cheers.

 

Head Full of Dynomite v27 from Fremont. Very nice, but not near my favorite of the series that I've tried.

Back from the recycling center. I don't know how all that cardboard accumulates so quickly. My wife figured I'd be thirsty after I got done, so she bought me a 6 pack of this:

 

I spent so much time taking the old bench apart and putting the new one together that I didn’t get in a workout. So, today I’m just using the new one as a beer holder. As an aside, Postimages is down, so I’m using Imgbox. Took me a minute to get my head around, but quite user friendly. Cheers.

This is absolutely a first for me - Miller Highlife to Heady. Pretty fun honestly.

 

Nice setup. There was a time...when I was in really good shape. Still have the bench and weights. Youre motivating me to start again..

 

So, post (barely eked out) victory Jefferson’s Reserve with a Panga Drops to enjoy as I head back to the deck.

 

This is one my local brewery’s saisons, which they describe as “an ode to Spring”. It seemed an appropriate choice of a post work beer as it reached 70 degrees in some areas of MA today.
