Thank you, @scream, for this incredible RIS! I inadvertently discovered that it pairs well with an entire bag of Cheetos!

 

Gifted late last year from ITB's head brewer from across the street from where I work; before my knee replacement surgery. Just found it in my cellar last week...oops!

22 oz. bomber. (Remember those?)
Bottled 02/11/20.

Moderate pour yields a one (+) inch tan head over a black body with sticky lacing. Nose of roasted malt, chocolate (dark, bitter), dark fruit (sweet cherry), and bourbon. Taste mirrors nose, very smooth, roasty, chocolatey, fruity, and slightly boozy. Tasty like a chocolate covered cherry with a mouthfeel like velvet. Bourbon is there, just enough, and not too much.

Two visits in the last week from this one and my other pit, I’m over $400 already.

Other pup has a surgery scheduled to get a “skin tag” removed thats causing her trouble. Really a mast cell tumor, (what the vet thinks) so hoping it hasn't metastasized. They’re gonna do a biopsy and a X-ray.

 

I see he made it in the mug ! Dog foam mustache!

 

mother earth beer co. Flawless Imperfection. I like this better than when I first tried it. Smell of guava, taste of mixed tropical fruits, nice malt base. I would buy this again if fresh. Pictures broken this weekend.

 

Sampling some Hamburg. Both of these are pretty good.

 

Another hit from Notch Brewing Company of scenic Salem Mass. Cerne Pivo, a rare and enjoyable Euro Dark Lager. Prost.

All across the board style wise tonight. Having a Plank Hefeweizen now. Darker than usual for the style but this is delicious. Great German beer.

@BrewsOverHoes, my plans are set to see Jinjer and Suicide Silence on 11/11/21 in Milwaukee, WI. I retired from moshing after Slayer's final tour, but if Tom Brady is a few weeks younger than me and refuses to retire from contact sports, then I will not either!
