    Between my book reading and PC failure I didn’t get a chance to come across the news from @GreenBayBA Micah regarding Don’s @scream ’s passing yesterday until this morning.

    Thank you Micah for passing along the heartbreaking news. The kindness and dignity he exemplified with every post will truly be missed. I look forward to his final post he planned to share with us. My sincere condolences to his wife, his son and all of his friends and family.

    I rarely take out a 3Sheeps glass except for 3Sheeps beers, but I was called to yesterday.

    Poured out a 3 Sheeps Cashmere Hammer to honour Don this morning.

    Morning all, thanks @ChicagoJ for starting the thread.

    Welp, this damn sciatica is hitting on my nerves again (I’m terrible at puns...). Joke aside it’s been a pain in the legs since the middle of the night and to paraphrase some amongst us: if I’m going to feel like shit, I might as well feel like shit with a beer in my system...

    One and done for today since I’ll probably take a tramadol later today and don’t wanna mix them up.

    Our whole wheat spent grain bread, our sprouts and greens. Ham spread made from the ham we had the other day. Not our cheese but that could change if we get goats. Deadly!

    So sad to to learn of @scream passing... Don was a friend with whom I had the pleasure of meeting up with several times and sharing stories and trading/drinking beers, and just hanging out with him and his wife...a beautiful fellow...

    Have a good Wednesday. Sorry to hear of screams passing yesterday, just heard of it from the OP. We had exchanged comments about books in the last 6 months, but I did not know him well, other than he had a voodoo ranger every day :sunglasses: I went down to my gf old apt yesterday to get furniture. Got a fajitas taco salad and beef nachos.

    @scream passed? That brings a tear to my eye. I enjoyed reading his posts on BA. He will be missed. Condolences to his family. :cry: Rest in peace.

    I’ve been dealing with that for almost a decade. Stems from when I broke my back in the fire department. I refused surgery. 3 cracked/slipped disk above tailbone. The only thing that helps me, well a few things. IF I lose weight lol. stretch every morning and good old marijuana. Sativas. The indicas make me lazy and slumping all day makes it worse and I fear those pills. Feel better.

    I hear you, I’m a bit chubby and slightly overweight too. It doesn’t help not to mention the back issues.

    I quit marijuana years ago, as I said in the What weed are you smoking now in the OT forum. I used to like it, but I just can’t risk my driving license or get in other legal troubles because it’s still illegal here.
