    Good day BAs! Off to a snowy start to the day - this time it's sticking to the grass but not to the asphalt roads or my driveway. Two more weeks and we'll have to take off our studded tires. Today's New Breakfast Beer:

    This is an IPA from Savoie, hence the alps mountains in France...

    Most BeerAdvocates on the WBAYDN? forum are familiar with @scream. He was a fixture on the thread and a friend to many of us. He loved his Voodoo Ranger beer.

    Word came down March 30th that Don (aka SCREAM) passed away.

    I didn't know him personally, yet I feel since he was such a presence to this virtual bar community that it would be fitting to honor his time with us by doing an informal, easy-going online tasting of any of the available New Belgium Voodoo Ranger beers.

    So if you're so inclined to participate, grab some Voodoo Ranger (of any kind) and hoist a few in his honor. Reviews and tasting notes not required. Feel free to share any stories you may have about him, too.

    I'm starting off today with a Golden Monkey from Victory. This is one of my special beers that I love beyond reason. Screw it's BA rankings, it's heaven to me. Also, I got a sixer of it, so I'll be drinking it all day. I won't waste your time putting up a new post every time I crack a new one, so consider this a six for the price of one post.
