Tombstone Brewing Company IPA

I bought this beer as part of my mission to try a beer from every US state. While the only state that I am currently missing is West Virginia, the one Arizona beer that I had in the past was probably (no way of knowing) contract-brewed in California, so in my books it doesn't really count. So here I am, trying a real, locally-brewed, AZ beer for probably the first time.

Not a bad beer either but as I am way past my hazy phase I have some trouble fully enjoying it.

 

I've got to get by Halfway Crooks. Have yet to have anything from them but keep hearing great things. Anything in particular I should be sure to try?

First time for this one that I put in a mix 6 pack -
RUSTY RAIL BREWING
NEW JUICY DEVIL IIPA

Pretty juicy with some lactose - no bitterness or alcohol to me - great color

of course I added a sidecar of some Evan Williams 1783 small batch to kick off the afternoon nicely -

6 years ago a dude was walking by my bus stop in Boston as I was waiting to get back home and he asked if I liked rap and handed me this mixtape CD Roxbury State of Mind, 20 songs from Grimey Gurt and co. I read the songs on the back playlist and turned to him as he kept walking and said "Cool man, Thanks!" pretty legit stuff

 

West Coast Cartel IPA at Liquid Mechanics. A very well done collaboration with Westbound & Down from Idaho Springs. I can't wait for them to open their Lafayette location in June!

WOW! No side effects! You’re mind is efficiently working! (the fact that you can discern good beer! Cheers!) Good to see. I’m planning on killing a case of SNPA after my 2nd shot! (Mostly because I love SNPA, but I hear that second shot is prickly)

You can’t really go wrong with any of their helles, pils, kolsch— it’s all excellent.
