    I mentioned it before, but now I'm having the Hoponius Union, and I've had a revelation. I never really enjoyed hoppy beers before, but I'm really loving this. Just from the initial smelling of the beer before I even drank it, I got one of those weird scalp-tingle feelings that happen when things are really good. This is a gorgeous beer, and I'm really glad I decided to step out of my comfort zone.

    My advice to anyone who's on the fence about trying a new style is to do it. You might discover something you really enjoy.
