    Clear, light yellow body; nice carbonation; thick and frothy head, creamy and white; thick patches and fingers of foam cling to the glass. Very pleasant nose of light herbs and grass; mild sweetness. Very light malt base taste with a stronger yet not overpowering hop bitterness; clean; a touch fresh herbs. Light body; crisp.

    This beer delivers fine balance and subtle pilsner complexity. It is clean and refreshing.

    Turns out the HVAC had a dual capacitor that went bad...good news - the unit was just under the one year warranty, so the parts and labor were free! Even better news - I’m at the pub drinking a Equilibrium “Wavelength” IPA:

    I’m sure I’ve mentioned in the past that Equilibrium brews hazy beer I like to drink; and this beer is no exception...Cheers!

    Figure out how much parts and labor would have been and that's how many extra $$ you can justify on beer. At least, that's what I'd do. Cheers.

    Record Convention time in Houston, been a long time since I went to one of these, even before Covid. First one they have been able to do in a year. Brought back a load...

    Original Blue Note pressings, I spent $20 combined.

    After all that, went to Watershed for lunch. Which is a great beer bar by were the convention was. Probably the best place to go in Southwest Houston. Saint Arnold H-Town Pils.
