Worked a shorty shift today, and am now listening to the Mariners try to take it to the Dodgers again. I recently saw Tripel Karmeliet at the store and realized I hadn't had it in quite a while. Turns out I had never reviewed it. Now I have. It's very good, as I remember.

 

Cooking up some Thai vegetable red curry, and drinking one of these.

 

Beer number three. In Toronto/Peel they will now shut any business/company that has five Covid cases. So, if you’re a small business with fifteen employees you’re closed with five positive cases. Probably should be fewer cases in this instance given the percentage of those Infected. Conversely, if you’re a huge multinational facility with three shifts and 5,000 employees that generates hundreds of millions in revenue, you’re still closed with five positive cases, even if all those cases were in one area or on one shift. No fucking logic whatsoever. Cheers.

Thin white layer quickly fades to a ring over a translucent gold liquid with occasion lazy streams of carbonation

Aroma is straw, banana , vanilla

Taste is banana, vanilla , sweet tart , slightly sour, hint of coconut

Good sudsing , Sweet tart , slightly sweet, slightly sour, creamy, semi dry finish

Good beer, interesting flavors. It’s sweet, it’s sour
