    We are out at HiHO brewing company for our 8th month anniversary of first date. Our 20th unique brewery visit. I am having a sous la table saison. Awesome beer. Spicy and fruity with some nice soft wheat backing. Med herbal bitterness. Light yeast tartness and banana. Refreshing. 4.1

    Home now and joining @AD17 in drinking this old school Magnify DIPA. Why did they stop brewing these farmhouse beers? Mrs. Mac and Chambo the dog are down the shore attending to the steam cleaning of the carpets. Me? I have nothing to do but fix dinner and drink some more beer.

    Fine pale yellow body; lively carbonation; thin yet persistent head. Light malt aroma with a bit of herbal / floral hop action going on. Very mild malt base taste combined with an excellent and balanced light hop offset; delicate sweetness. Light body; smooth with a gentle warmth; semi-dry.

    This lager brings balance and nuanced complexity to the palate. Light and easy drinking.

    A rather warm 63° F pour. Bottom of can info: CANNED ON 04/21/21 MXL 180.

    We finally got inside from the rain. Amazing view of the forest in Cuyahoga falls. I have the Valerie fruited oak sour. This was awesome. Mostly wine, cherry, and currants in the nose. Tart cherry and blackberry with big vanilla and clean oak with no harsh tannins. Light chocolate. Wow this is really impressive. Light warmth of 8.3% 4.2
